Do I have access to my clients' data?
Never. Your clients' data belongs exclusively to them. They enter it, they store it, they export it. You receive reports only when a client chooses to share one with you outside the platform — via email, print, or in person. This is by design: it eliminates clinical liability and regulatory burden for you.
Does this trigger HIPAA compliance for my practice?
No. Healthy Boundaries is a personal documentation and education tool used directly by individuals. You are recommending a tool — not prescribing, administering, or managing it. No Protected Health Information flows through our platform on your behalf. We are not a healthcare provider or Business Associate.
What do the referral codes do?
Each code gives one person 3 months of free Clarity Pro access — full diagnostic, unlimited logging, pattern detection, court-ready exports, and encrypted backup. The code is anonymous: you don't need to provide the client's name or information to generate it.
Can I track whether my codes are being used?
Partner Pro and Enterprise tiers include a redemption analytics dashboard that shows how many of your codes have been activated. You see aggregate numbers only — never individual identity or usage data.
Are the exported reports admissible in court?
The reports are self-reported contemporaneous documentation, similar to a personal journal or diary. Courts routinely accept such records as supporting evidence, especially when entries are timestamped and made near the time of the event. We recommend presenting reports alongside attorney guidance.
Can I customize the export template with my firm's branding?
Partner tier includes your firm name on a standard template. Partner Pro allows custom logo placement. Enterprise includes fully custom-branded templates.
